The North Central Ohio Region Industry Manufacturers Workforce Alliance includes (but not limited to) Crawford, Delaware, Hardin, Marion, Morrow, Union & Wyandot Counties and works to convene, educate, and mobilize key stakeholders in the region to promote development of a skilled workforce.
ISSUE:
Industry manufacturers do not have enough skilled talent to fill jobs now and in the future. To be competitive, grow and thrive these businesses need skilled talent.
MISSION:
To advocate and promote careers in industry manufacturing
IMPACT:
Industry manufacturers – ability to find skilled talent to compete and grow
Talent – ability to secure good jobs, provide financial stability
Region – ability to attract/retain companies, grow economy
